Grove City Park Shelter Reservation System

This System is Currently: ONLINE

The Current Reservations consists of Four Parts – PLEASE READ:

1. Shelter Availability

Before you submit a request, check to see if the shelter is already taken on the date you want to use it.

(Click on the shelter name, scroll down through dates, if there is a name inserted on the date you want, the shelter is already taken, select another shelter or another date). Reservations are all day, from park opening at sunup to park closing at sundown.

2. Submitting Request

Submitting an ONLINE Reservation Request (see below for form). After making sure the shelter is not already reserved by someone else.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS AND REQUEST ONLY AS MUCH SPACE AS YOU REALLY NEED. IN THE LARGE SHELTERS, THE TABLES ARE IN ROWS OF THREE TABLES, EACH ROW WILL SEAT APPROXIMATELY 18 PEOPLE.

3. Payment & Fees

Submitting payment for the space that you have requested. Fees are as follows:

Joseph D. Monteleone Shelter	$25 for up to 4 rows reserved (1/4 of shelter); maximum space allowed per group is 1/2 of shelter
Highland Shelter	$50 for entire shelter
Keystone Shelter	$25 for up to 6 rows reserved (1/4 of shelter); maximum space allowed per group is 1/2 of shelter
Fellowship Shelter	$25 for entire shelter
Friendship Shelter	$25 for entire shelter
Optimist Shelter	$25 for entire shelter

Payments may be mailed in the form of a check or money order to Borough of Grove City, 123 W. Main Street, Grove City PA 16127; brought to the Borough Secretary(office hours M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.); deposited in the utility payment box located near the driveway to the Borough Building.
