Parks & Rec.

Grove City Borough has a wonderful system of parks and neighborhood playgrounds. If you live within the borough, chances are there is a playground within easy walking distance of your home.

Grove City Memorial Park — The main entrance to Grove City Memorial Park is located on West Main Street. This community park features a public swimming pool with a separate wading pool for toddlers and changing facilities; basketball courts; a playground; restroom facilities; a walking trail; a gazebo; several pavilions for gatherings and picnics; a duck pond with dock; and baseball/softball fields.

GCMP is host to a number of community events throughout the year, including Strawberry Days in June and the Fall Fun Fest in October, as well as the Canine Carnival, a garden show, and car shows.

To reserve a pavilion for a party or other group event, please see our Reservations page.

The park also features Grove City Borough’s honor roll and war memorials to commemorate those who have fought in various US wars.
