Grove City Opposes I-80 Tolling

Grove City Borough Council took action at their August 17th regular meeting to renew opposition toward plans to toll Interstate 80.  The Council hopes other communities across the state will join them in opposition.  Mayor Randy Riddle commented “The tolling of I-80 will put Grove City and Mercer County at an economic disadvantage to other areas of the state”.  To aid other communities wanting to express their opposition, a sample copy of a Resolution is attached.  Any community wishing to formally adopt the resolution is welcome to use the sample.  Don’t forget to mail copies of the adopted resolution to your various state and federal elected representatives as well as any state associations.
